Refund Policy: Thank you for your intrest in our products. There are no refunds/ exchanges.
Shipping: I ship packages within 1-4 business days. Note that there might be delays around the holidays.
Broken Products: I ensure everything is packaged well l so products don't break but sometimes the post office can be rough with packages. If this happens please send a picture of your damaged products at Brisflocosmetics@gmail.com and I will replace your items.
Incorrect Address: Please double check before placing your order that you put the correct address. If you accidently put the wrong address please email Brisflocosmetics@gmail.com ASAP
